It’s pretty safe to say that script practicing, and lead generating are not most Realtors favorite things to do. We want to flip that script on its head (pun intended!) so that rather than treating this like some other drudgery you have to do, you can make it a positive and impactful part of your business. Picking up the phone and calling someone has become something of a lost art, and that is exactly why doing it is such a valuable skill, and like any other skill it takes practice.
