Episode 113: Mid Year Goals Check In

Can you believe we are already half way through 2023?!? We can’t either! This year has been flying by, and this week we are going to check in on our goals we set for the year and assess how things are going. We have had so much success and excitement this year, and a lot of positivity at the midpoint of the year. We were hoping for some ease and flow this summer and so far things are mostly going as planned. We hope that’s the case for you, but if it isn’t that’s okay too. We place so much pressure on the start of the year, but there is no reason you can’t evaluate where you are at now, reassess things and adjust your plans and get back on track.
